I am writing to introduce our company “ Property Group LLC” I am Sanjar Rustamov who is owner of family group business.We are an innovative and value driven company in the business of investing. “ Property Group LLC” is currently based in Cities of Bukhara and Tashkent and working towards taking over the investing market in Uzbekistan and beyond. “ Property Group LLC”’s areas of business include investigate trading, agricultural production, textile business, real estating , “Property Industry LLC”, “Property Building LLC”, “Property Agro Logistics LLC”, and we pride ourselves as one of the industry leaders in this area.

In order to expanding of our company, we decided to create a new investigating company named by “ Field Group LLC” which is owner of several companies as like “Field Chemical LLC”, “Field Building LLC”, “Field Trade LLC” and etc.

The company was engaged in construct the greenhouses, grew seedlings ,tested on agricultural chemical products’ efficiency and conducted research on productivity in seedlings. In this regard “Property Group LLC” cooperated with Astrachem [KSA], Syngenta [Switzerland], Bayer [Germany], FMC [USA], Dupont [France], Basf [Germany]and etc.

The versatility of producing agricultural chemical products led “Property Group LLC” to cooperate with the company of Astrachem [KSA] produce pesticide, liquid and suspension fertilizes. In order to expanding business into other areas launched 36 selling points.

In 2012, there was an increased demand for films by owners of greenhouses “Property Group LLC” decided to import from Chinese, Turkish, Japanese, Italian film producers’ companies to Uzbekistan.

In 2014, “Property Group LLC” started produce textile production in order to expand the volume of trade. The company’s group members founded two textile factories.

In 2016, Owner of “Property Group LLC” Sanjar Rustamov met with the president of Uzbekistan Shavkat Miromonovich Mirziyoev and he was acquinted with a new project.

In 2020, In order to expanding of “Property Group LLC”, owners decided to create a new investigating company named by “ Field Group LLC” which is contains of several companies as like “Field Chemical LLC”, “Field Constuction LLC”, “Field Trade LLC” and etc.”Field Group LLC”
Function is the same of “Property Group LLC”, moreover that a new company’s focuses on foreign trade and this company controlled by owners.
